Real-time sewer line camera inspection for real estate investors. Know what's underground before you sign.
412-465-1567 · Pittsburgh & surrounding areas · 4K camera · 90-day shareable report
We Scope runs 4K video camera inspections of sewer lines before property close. We identify condition, document findings, and deliver a shareable report. We do not make modifications to the sewer line — this is pre-purchase due diligence, not maintenance.
Every inspection is captured in 4K and timestamped. The video is yours — shareable, downloadable, referenced in your report.
Written findings: pipe material, diameter, depth, observable condition, any lateral connections noted. No guessing.
We flag permit history on the property address — recent plumbing permits, open permits, inspection records. Context for what we find.
Your report lives at a private link for 90 days. Send it to your attorney, lender, or buyer — no login required.
We Scope is built for real estate investors who need to know the condition of the lateral line before close — not after the first flush.
You buy the rental. First tenant reports a slow drain. The lateral line has root intrusion going back 15 years. A We Scope inspection before close would have changed your offer by $12,000.
No one knows what's under the slab. We do — in 45 minutes. The condition report documents what the camera sees, exactly as it finds it.
Inspection finds a crack at a joint. You go back to the seller. You negotiate the repair cost into the price adjustment. We Scope paid for itself in the first use.
We serve Pittsburgh and surrounding areas. Typical inspection takes 45–90 minutes on-site.
A sewer scope inspection gives you a documented, visual record of the lateral line condition from cleanout to municipal connection. You see the pipe — material, diameter, any observable condition inside the line.
What we find: root intrusion at joints, visible pipe sag (belly), cracked or displaced sections, pipe material (cast iron, clay, PVC), depth and grade observations.
What we don't do: We Scope does not clear, modify, or perform any work on the sewer line. This is inspection only. If a finding requires follow-up, we'll note it in the report — and you'll have documentation for the contractor conversation you need to have.
